Based on the large Winfield, the M1873c is designed as a medium-sized gun, meaning it can be paired with another medium gun in a loadout. <em>Hunt<\/em>&#8216;s 1.4.4 update sees another version of the Winfield M1873c, the Vandal Striker, which has a knife attached to it for deadly melee attacks.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/hunt-showdown-tips-survive\/\">Hunt: Showdown &#8211; 10 Tips For Surviving The Hunt<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The update also sees two new Traits added to the game. Necromancer allows players to revive from a longer distance and Whispersmith reduces the noise that is created when changing gear.\u00a0The wide-range of Traits allow players to adjust their hunter to a <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/hunt-showdown-gameplay-pro-tips\/\">winning playstyle in <em>Hunt: Showdown<\/em><\/a>\u00a0that best fits them.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/HuntShowdown\/comments\/j3b0ws\/144_changes\/\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Perhaps the biggest changes that come with the update have to do with subtle gameplay alterations, and players who are testing the tweaks on the test server are trying to adjust. <em>Hunters<\/em> can now sprint immediately after aiming down sights. This change makes movement much smoother, as now it is possible to 180 and run in the opposite direction or sprint to cover directly after exiting ADS. Another adjustment sees a slight delay when changing weapons. Previously it was possible to shoot a bullet, switch to a secondary, and shoot another bullet, unrealistically fast. Now that has been changed.
