The <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/harry-potter-wizards-unite-dark-arts-wizarding-weekend-tasks-rewards\/\">monthly Wizarding Weekend<\/a> has already come and gone, but there is still a lot of action to come. Next up is part one of the Darkness Rising Brilliant Event, which is currently under way.<\/p>\n<p>This month&#8217;s Brilliant Event follows the usual two-part formula and puts the spotlight on the dark side of the wizarding world and offers yet another opportunity to stock up on some exciting <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/harry-potter-wizards-unite-sos-trainings-dada-books\/\">Defense Against the Dark Arts books<\/a> as rewards for completing the full list of tasks during this <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/harry-potter-wizards-unite\/\"><em>Harry Potter: Wizards Unite<\/em><\/a> event.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/harry-potter-wizards-unite-october-2020-event-guide\/\">Harry Potter: Wizards Unite &#8211; All October 2020 Event Dates and Details<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/screenrant.com\/harry-potter-defense-against-the-dark-arts-spells-best-worst-hogwarts\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Dark Arts are a popular part of the Harry Potter universe<\/a> and this is the second event in October to put a focus on that school of magic. Players already explored a Dark Arts-themed Wizarding Weekend and now the Brilliant Event is offering even more opportunities to collect some Dark-themed foundables and exciting rewards.<\/p>\n<p>The full list and tasks and rewards is now available, which means that players can start properly preparing for what the game has in store for them over the next week. Just make sure you study up for your\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/harry-potter-wizards-unite-spell-masterful-great\/\">Great Spell casts<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Part 1 of the Brilliant Event kicked off on October 6 and spans through October 13,\u00a0at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
