In any huge game played by thousands of people, such as World of Warcraft<\/em>, there will be those who want to push the boundaries and explore. This is true for\u00a0Destiny 2<\/strong><\/em>, where players hunt inside the game for information and watch trailers to find\u00a0secret<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0determine what’s coming next.<\/p>\n

This often amounts to speculation about the next story beat in\u00a0Destiny 2<\/em><\/a>‘s ever-expanding lore, or hunting for clues about upcoming gear. However, now and again there are new things found\u00a0in the worlds of\u00a0Destiny 2<\/em>\u00a0that prove surprising. It was some exploration out of bounds that led to a strange discovery in the Haunted Forest.<\/p>\n

This out of bounds discovery was found by a couple of players having fun during a Haunted Forest run. The Haunted Forest is located within the Infinite Forest, creating a randomly generated gauntlet that players can fight through for prizes. While the locations, or branches, that players can play through are randomized, the chest platform where they receive their rewards is not. It is up in the sky, surrounded by nothing in particular, except\u00a0for\u00a0one mystery platform that these players set out to investigate.<\/p>\n
