With the right build, Jean has the potential of being one of the most useful characters to add a team in\u00a0Genshin Impact<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>by amplifying her raw attack and healing abilities. Here’s how to best exploit her attacks to make her double as a support healer and damage dealer using Artifact builds.<\/p>\n

Jean is one of\u00a0Genshin Impact<\/em><\/a>‘s rare five-star characters. Similar to the player character, she’s a wielder of Anemo and uses a sword in combat<\/a>. Many players have come forward claiming that she’s a simple support character like her sister Barbara, who can heal party members with both basic attacks and Elemental Bursts. While this is true, the wonderful aspect of adding Jean to a team is how versatile she is. Even without Constellation perks, she has the potential of both dealing heavy damage whilst healing party members for large chunks of health with each blow. The best Jean build focuses on getting the best of both these worlds.<\/p>\n

Jean’s Wind Companion ability is one of the passive talents that makes her a unique character. Thanks to this, the regular attack has a 50% chance to regenerate health equal to 15% of her damage for all\u00a0Genshin Impact<\/em> party members<\/a>. This means without utilizing any elemental abilities, Jean is already healing her party with each basic attack, so it’s wise for players to focus on raw damage to both heal team members quickly and deal heavy damage. Naturally, the higher her attack is based on the Artifacts she’s equipped with, the more she will heal herself and the team with each blow.<\/p>\n

But Jean’s Dandelion Breeze ability is what can make her such a powerful addition to the player’s\u00a0Genshin Impact\u00a0<\/em>team<\/a>. This swirling wind covers a large area and will instantly restore a large amount of health for all party members including herself. Similar to the Wind Companion ability, the amount of health that is restored is proportional to Jean’s attack stats. So again, Artifacts that will boost the\u00a0raw attack damage the most will be the most effective for dealing with enemies while efficiently healing party members.<\/p>\n

In order to get the best use out of Jean’s healing abilities whilst dealing heavy damage to enemies in\u00a0Genshin Impact<\/em>, players should focus on attack percent and will get the best results by equipping the Gladiator’s Finale set of Artifacts<\/a>. With just the two-piece set, Gladiator’s Finale items will increase her attack by a whopping 18%, but if the player can get their hands on at least a four-piece set, due to Jean being a swordsman, her normal attack damage will increase by another 35%. The energy recharge buffs will also help Jean get her ultimate attack up quicker.<\/p>\n

Alternatively, players might want to feed off of Jean’s Elemental Burst damage with her Dandelion Breeze attack<\/a>. If so, the Noblesse Oblige four-piece set will offer an Elemental Burst damage increase of 20% as well as increases all other party member’s attack by 20% for twelve seconds. While these are the highest-rated ways to build Jean among the player community, there are many alternative ways to build her effectively by balancing attack percent damage and critical percent damage.<\/p>\n
