A camera on the car lets the player see a third-person view just as a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegamer.com\/things-facts-trivia-didnt-know-mario-kart-franchise-games-nintendo\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">standard <em>Mario Kart <\/em>title<\/a> would while they collect coins and items, avoid obstacles, and race for first place.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/mario-kart-live-home-circuit-tracks\/\">Video Reveals All Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit Tracks<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Players then choose from 24 unique tracks of their choice including a Bowser&#8217;s Castle track , a Donkey Kong Jungle, <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/mario-kart-live-home-circuit-rainbow-road\/\">a homemade Rainbow Road<\/a>, and various other <em>Mario Kart<\/em> classics. Each track has its own collectibles and obstacles, but fans have noticed an obstacle that Nintendo didn&#8217;t advertise: their own cats. Yes, players have reported that their own cats have absolutely not been enjoying the cart driving plumbers zipping around their homes. Many users have even recorded these hilarious feline encounters.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/yamanoneko_23\/status\/1316999872961081344?s=20\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Overall, this was certainly to be expected. Cats are curious creatures and introducing a fast-paced stranger into their home is certainly going to get their attention. What makes this so funny is watching the debacle on the Nintendo Switch&#8217;s screen and seeing the cats attack Mario or Luigi as if they were giants that fit perfectly in <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/mario-kart-live-home-circuit-toys-switch\/\"><em>Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit<\/em>&#8216;s wacky world of racing<\/a> fun.<\/p>\n<p>This isn&#8217;t an isolated incident either. Nintendo fans everywhere are posting their own examples of their cats freaking out over seeing <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/super-mario-luigi-bros-past-backstory-trivia\/\">Mario and Luigi<\/a> race around their homes with some players even going as far as to torment their poor kitties by intentionally chasing them around their homes. While funny in its own right, fans should at least be a bit cautious to avoid their cat destroying the gates or even the cart itself.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, it&#8217;s all fun and games and no cats have been reported to have been harmed or tormented. Fans will always find <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/super-mario-lego-controller-mod\/\">unique ways to showcase their gaming purchases<\/a> and this is no exception.
