Matt Damon is no stranger to internet pranks. In fact, his commitment to humor rivals his passion for acting if one is to take a guess from his long-running fake feud with late night host Jimmy Kimmel. Given that, then it\u2019s no wonder the actor is also willing to publicly troll his childhood friend, Ben \u201cPattison took your Batman<\/em> job<\/a>\u201d Affleck. But it’s not just for laughs.<\/p>\n

Damon and Affleck\u2019s friendship goes all the way back to elementary school back in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where the pair grew up pretty close to each other, both figuratively and literally, as neighbors. Damon\u2019s friendship with Affleck was not only part of what motivated him to get into acting, he also got his first breaks as an actor alongside Affleck, before moving on to jointly write and co-star their breakout production, Good Will Hunting<\/em>.<\/p>\n
