<\/span><\/p>\n Riot Games is offering a bounty to players who can find exploits in the company’s Vanguard anti-cheat software which has been deployed for the company’s new shooter, Valorant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n According to Riot, those who find exploits within the software, which leverages a kernel driver to combat cheaters, could earn between $25,000 and $100,000. The company is asking for “high-quality reports” which represent “practical exploits leveraging” the vgk.sys kernel driver.<\/p>\n The actual bounty paid out depends on the impact and practicality<\/a> of the exploit presented, and the exploit must work on the latest version of Vanguard.<\/p>\n Potential exploit reporters must provide a “working proof of concept” that can be run by Riot Games along with a detailed report.<\/p>\n Valorant’s anti-cheat software is always running in the background, something which has caused a bit of controversy<\/a> in the game’s community.
