No one wants to be taken out of their game-playing experience by an unrelated product.<\/p>\n<p><em>NBA 2K19<\/em>\u00a0also had unskippable ads, so this trend is not new and doesn&#8217;t look like it&#8217;s going to stop any time soon. Still, many users are annoyed that they&#8217;re paying more money for\u00a0<em>NBA 2K21<\/em>\u00a0on next-gen hardware than for\u00a0<em>2K20\u00a0<\/em>or\u00a0<em>2K19<\/em>, yet they&#8217;re getting hit with the same ads. Add to the fact that many players are complaining that <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/nba2k21-worst-2k-game-recent-memory\/\"><em>NBA 2K21<\/em> isn&#8217;t unique or new<\/a> enough, and it&#8217;s hard for many players to see how this could be anything other than a cash grab.<\/p>\n<p>While the <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/nba-2k21-game-pros-cons\/\">controversial <em>NBA 2K21<\/em><\/a>\u00a0has disappointed fans in multiple ways, it did bring some features that many people enjoy, like adding in the WNBA and improving the player ratings system.
