The Doom Slayer returned in this year&#8217;s <em><strong>Doom Eternal<\/strong><\/em> that released back in March and the sequel&#8217;s first story DLC drops tomorrow. As more players come to appreciate the <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/doom-fps-doomslayer-strongest-fps-protagonist-vs\/\">overpowered lunacy of the Doom Slayer<\/a>, one fan decided to create a custom toy for the ultraviolent demi-god.<\/p>\n<p>While most <em>Doom<\/em> fans are focused on the <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/crash-bandicoot-doom-guy-get-nendoroids\/\">recent reveal of the Doom Slayer Nendoroid<\/a>, a Reddit user opted to\u00a0share their own kid friendly model of\u00a0the character. Redditor I-Have-An-Alibi posted an image on the general gaming subreddit showing off a much blocker version of the Slayer.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/doom-eternal-ancient-gods-dlc-soundtrack-tease\/\">DOOM Eternal Composer Teases Ancient Gods DLC Soundtrack<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>I-Have-An-Alibi created a custom\u00a0Lego minifigurine based on the destroyer of demons and savior of the universe. The Lego form of the Doom Slayer, or <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/doom-guy-name-john-romero\/\">canonically known as the Doom Guy<\/a>, captures the elements of both worlds with the charm of Legos matched with the metal influence of <em>Doom<\/em>. I-Have-An-Alibi opted to attach the two weapons most associated with the Doom Slayer, those being the iconic double-barreled shotgun and the Slayer&#8217;s retractable DoomBlade.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/gaming\/comments\/jdtq9c\/i_made_a_lego_doomslayer\/\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>While the Reddit post only displays four angles for the minifig, the craftmanship is evident even from a glance. While I-Have-No-Alibi did not go into how <em><a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/doom-eternal\/\">Doom Eternal<\/a><\/em>&#8216;s Slayer was converted to Lego form, it does appear to be a custom job instead of a 3D printing project. As users questioned the likely methods\u00a0as to how the Doom Slayer Lego model was achieved, others were able to recognize the pieces. User WorstMedicalAdvice identified that the armor was from the &#8220;cmf series 13 galaxy trooper&#8221; and noted the helmet was also from a Lego set. As for the greaves, WorstMedicalAdvice believes they are from Brick Warriors custom models. As for the the capturing of the Doom Slayer&#8217;s green shine, that was likely a paint job.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s definitely a treat to see these kinds of projects come to life through the dedication and passion of gaming fandoms. The <em>Doom<\/em> franchise has long been a source for gamers to show their craftmanship. One way that players continually display their allegiance to the Slayer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegamer.com\/doom-doomguy-slayer-cosplay\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">is through <em>Doom<\/em> cosplay projects<\/a>. While this Lego Slayer may not have quite the same impact as some of the incredible cosplays for the character, many posters on the Reddit thread\u00a0are\u00a0very interested in an official <em>Doom<\/em> Lego set.<\/p>\n<p>This new Reddit project comes in at a pretty significant time for the most recent entry of the <em>Doom<\/em> franchise. <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/doom-eternal-ancient-gods-part-one-release-date-price-enemies\/\"><em>Doom Eternal<\/em>&#8216;s <em>Ancient Gods<\/em> DLC releases tomorrow<\/a>\u00a0bringing the Doom Slayer back for another round of carnage.
