Fortnite: Where to Dance at the Highest Spot and the Lowest Spot on the Map

A brand new batch of challenges are now available in Fortnite, giving players additional opportunities to earn XP and level up the seasonal Battle Pass. While a majority of these Fortnite Season 4 Week 9 challenges are quite simple to complete, there are a few that may requires further explanation. For instance, one of this week’s challenges instructs players to dance at the highest spot and lowest spot on the map, and some fans will undoubtedly need clarification on the exact location of these points.

To get right to the matter at hand, the highest spot in Fortnite is Mount Kay, a landmark positioned to the southeast of Catty Corner. Fans that are attempting to land at this location should simply aim for the orange flag that is raised atop the mountain, and they can proceed to use their preferred dance emote upon arrival. Indeed, this is all that must be done in order to complete the first step of this challenge, and players are now ready to make their way to the lowest point on the map.

With respect to the location of this lowest point, it is found within the main structure at Fortnite‘s Coral Castle. More specifically, players that are working on the challenge should go inside of this building and navigate to the pool at the center of the ground floor. Here fans should do a dance, and they will then find that they have completed the task and earned their reward: 25,000 XP.

After dancing at the highest and lowest spot on Fortnite‘s map, players may want to head down to Sweaty Sands in order to tackle another of this week’s challenges. This challenge asks fans to deal damage to opponents at that named location, and indeed this site is in very close proximity to Coral Castle. There is also a Season 4 Week 9 challenge to be completed at Holly Hedges, which is just a bit further to the south.

Additionally, players can work on the Fortnitemares 2020 challenges that are now available if they have not done so already. These festive tasks focus around eating Candy, becoming a Shadow, and riding Witch Brooms in Fortnite, and there are some big XP rewards attached to their completion. While it is true that these challenges alone will not provide enough XP to boost a player to the top tiers of Fortnite‘s Season 4 Battle Pass, they will certainly provide a good amount of assistance with this matter.

Fortnite is available now on PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One, with PS5 and Xbox Series X versions in development.
