World of Warcraft is Getting Cool New Merch for Blizzard’s Gear Fest

Blizzard may have delayed the launch of Shadowlands, World of Warcraft‘s upcoming expansion, but it’s moving forward with several events in which World of Warcraft is featured prominently. BlizzCon Online won’t arrive until February 2021, but the holiday merchandise season won’t wait. Starting November 2, Blizzard is holding its Blizzard Gear Fest event. The merch event will see the release of a variety of new World of Warcraft items for fans to purchase, but six items in particular have been shared early.

Starting things off, Blizzard has already released one major item for World of Warcraft fans to buy. The World of Warcraft Warchief Thrall Premium Statue can be purchased via the official Blizzard store right now. It’s 45 pounds heavy and stands almost 24 inches tall. It’s also $599, so it’s only for the biggest or wealthiest of World of Warcraft fans. That said, Blizzard is offering an even more expensive and exclusive version of the statue. The $749 Thrall Limited Edition Statue is gray only.

Next on the list is a World of Warcraft Shadowlands Arbiter Ceramic Stein. This beer stein is mostly a white ceramic, though it features a World of Warcraft: Shadowlands graphic of the Bastion location wrapped around its center. It also has a metallic lid that can be opened with a thumb lever, as well as a metallic World of Warcraft emblem on its front. It holds a total of 22oz of liquid and will retail for $59.99.

The remaining items are fun collectibles that World of Warcraft fans will be able to pick up for stocking stuffers.  There are two new World of Warcraft desk mats, one featuring Icecrown Citidel with the Shadowlands opening up behind it and the second featuring Bastion. The next item is a unique World of Warcraft Shadowlands Collector’s Pin featuring the expansion’s logo. Lastly, there’s a World of Warcraft 2021 16-month Calendar featuring some of Blizzard’s best art. Each piece can be purchased now.

Beyond the six items now available, there’s plenty of other World of Warcraft merch that will go on sale on November 2. Some examples include Illidan, Sylvanas, and murloc Cute but Deadly figures.

Blizzard says that it will have over 50 news items for purchase spread across World of Warcraft and the company’s other famous brands. That includes Diablo 4, which has a stunning 24.5″ statue of its own. The statue is, of course, of the upcoming ARPG’s evil protagonist Lilith. For everything else, Blizzard fans will just have to wait until November 2.

World of Warcraft is available now on PC.
