Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Cosmetic Gear and Character Skins Leak

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is coming remarkably close to its launch date, and per usual, this closeness has led to a few leaks. Some of the most interesting leaks have to do with the skins of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, as the purchasable outfits will see a mixture of realistic looks and fantastical designs from Norse Mythology.

Some of the more realistic outfits will fit well in some of the historical Viking locations that AC Valhalla may be exploring. Multiple tattoo sets are available, covering the chests and back of the Viking characters in Runestone and Valkyrie designs. Another pack, called the Huldufolk set, sees vikings donning Assassin-style clothing such as a blue fask mask and hood. The most popular skins are likely going to be the more extreme outfits, however, and AC Valhalla offers a few exciting options on that front.

With Assassin’s Creed Valhalla set to incorporate Odin and Norse mythology, the Draugr Pack seems like a perfect fit for exploring the history of the gods. The pack features two ghoulish, zombified vikings with glowing green eyes. The skeletal figures wield shields along with their boney armor, with one set including a classic Assassin hood and fur cloak. The set also includes a special Draugr-themed horse, adopting the undead design and glowing green eyes seen on the two skins.

Another mythology-inspired pack sees two sets of Valkyrie armor, as well as a themed horse outfit unlock-able by fans. The outfits cover Eivor in a stunning gold armor set with two different helmets, though both skins wield the same weapons. With a round shield and stylish staff based on the legendary Norse warriors, the look will pair well with players visiting Asgard in AC Valhalla. The outfit options do not stop there, however, as one pack references a previous Assassin’s Creed protagonist.

The 63-year-old mother who loves Assassin’s Creed Origins will certainly be happy to see the Bayek of Siwa outfit pack in the store. Allowing Eivor to cosplay as the popular Egyptian assassin should be appealing to the player, though it is unclear if Valhalla can pull her away from her second playthrough of Origins. Regardless, the skin seems to be acquired through Ubisoft Connect, making it different from the other packs that are bought with Helix Credits. Like in previous entries, the credits can be unlocked via in-game actions or bought with actual money.

For players more interested in AC Valhalla’s post launch content as opposed to cosmetics, the variety of content in the season pass should prove exciting. With Assassin’s Creed Valhalla’s season pass content including a siege of Paris, a fight with a Druid cult, and even a Beowulf mission, fans should have many opportunities to use the game’s leaked skins.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla releases November 10th for PC, PS4, Stadia, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X, and November 12th for PS5.
