Marvel’s Avengers players are still waiting for Kate Bishop and new story missions to arrive as the usual leveling and endgame grind carry on in the game. The recent addition of Tachyon Rift missions added a new repeatable task for the highest level of players, but average players are still just working through the weekly Iconic Missions, HARM Challenges, and Daily Tasks to increase their power level and hero levels.
The weekly rotation has arrived and there are a handful of interesting challenges for players to work through. This time around heroes will be returning to Mistaken Identity and Condition Green. Players should have a pretty good idea how these missions play out, but they’ll have to take the current modifiers into careful consideration (especially for the higher level mission) if they want to succeed. The same is true for this week’s two HARM Challenges in Marvel’s Avengers, which, as usual, offer another comic reward with a minor stat boost.
As always, this week’s challenges bring a few tough modifiers to the war table, but players who take the time to plan ahead and note each modifiers effects should be able to complete the challenge without too much of a struggle. It’s important to analyze what the modifiers are bringing to the table and adjust builds and strategies accordingly before heading into the challenge blind. Although players may be a lot more powerful than they were a month ago (and have some cooler cosmetic items), the modifiers can still lead to instant death even for highly skilled heroes with high power levels. Taking a moment to consider each modifier and plan a path to victory before jumping in is well worth the extra time.

Avengers Assemble (2012) #2
Collider: Equip any gear that provides additional Particle damage or increases the rate at which the Particle status meter builds to really heat things up when Collider is active.
Torpedo: It’s best to select heroes with strong Ranged Attacks or to equip gear high in the Precision attribute to best take advantage of Torpedo. Don’t forget, enemy Ranged Attacks also do more damage so be sure to Dodge and Evade incoming projectiles!
Capacitor: Thor’s already impressive pedigree is exacerbated when Capacitor turns up the lethality of his lightning-infused attacks. Make use of his intrinsic Odinforce ability to lay waste to foes in a manner worthy of his heritage. If Thor isn’t your Hero of choice, make sure to equip gear with Shock perks or use other Heroes—like Black Widow—who also have Shock-inducing attacks in their arsenal.
Resurgence: Quickly eliminating a single foe as opposed to bouncing around between multiple enemies or trying to control groups with area of effect damage will help make surviving Resurgence easier.
Pressure: Recovering Willpower by any means necessary is key when Pressure is active. Utilize Takedowns, regenerative nanite containers, and skills that boost the chance of enemies dropping Regen Packs to ensure that sustaining critical injuries isn’t always a recipe for a quick defeat.
Famine: Focusing on Takedowns and careful usage of the regenerative nanite containers are key to survivability when Famine is active.
That should be everything players need to know to get through this week’s HARM challenges. Endgame players are likely more focused on Tachyon Rifts at this point, but the HARM challenges are a nice warm-up for any player to work through once per week as long as new or rare comics are up for grabs as a reward.
Players should check back in the near future for more updates, news, strategy guides, and weekly rotation updates. Until next time, Avengers Assemble!
Marvel’s Avengers is out now on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One, with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X versions currently in development.
