Players who pre-ordered got access to the beta, a weapons pack, and a Frank Woods operator pack, although after launch, players will have to choose from one of the three regular editions.

Players should also keep in mind that all post-launch DLC for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will be free with both multiplayer and Zombies, which is good news for players who don’t want to have to buy new maps. However, the Battle Pass system and some bundles that can be purchased in-game will still cost real money, but they aren’t necessary for playing the game.
