Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate is an upgraded version of MK11. It’s filled with all sorts of new upgrades, updated graphics, and even more gruesome Mortal Kombat-style deaths. It even added a selection of brand new characters to the fighter screen, including one that fans have been begging for: Mileena.
Along with Mileena, the new DLC pack and upgraded game has added Rambo and Rain, giving fans even more reason to keep playing. But for a long time, it seemed like Mileena wouldn’t make the cut into the game. Ed Boon, the creative director of Mortal Kombat, has been trolling fans with fake Mileena teasers ever since MK11 dropped, eventually telling fans she would never, ever be playable MK11. But she’s finally here, and her moves are incredibly disturbing. She has a variety of Brutalities, three Fatalities, and an adorable teddy-bear-filled Friendship.
Spinning Out of Control (Mid) – This wild Fatality has Mileena turn into a spinning wheel of death before sawing her opponent in two.
- PC: Back, Down, Back, 2
- PlayStation: Back, Down, Back, Triangle
- Xbox: Back, Down, Back, Y
- Switch: Back, Down, Back, X
Violent Delights (Close) – Mileena rips an opponent’s face off through their stomach.

Stage Fatality (Close)

- Xbox: Down, Down, Down, X
- Switch: Down, Down, Down, Y
Mileena’s Friendship finisher was spoiled a couple of weeks ago, but it is adorable for those who haven’t seen it. Bears dressed as Katana, Jade, and Mileena all share come tea together at a cute pink table.
- PC: Down, Down, Forward, Back, 2
- PlayStation: Down, Down, Forward, Back, Triangle
- Xbox: Down, Down, Forward, Back, Y
- Switch: Down, Down, Forward, Back, X
Mortal Kombat 11 is no stranger to bloody Brutalities, but some of Mileena’s finishers really take the cake. Between chewing up an opponent’s head before vomiting it up onto the battlefield, to spitting nails into their corpse, Mileena sure knows how to end a fight with style. While many of the move sets for the Brutalities are missing, players can at least watch them in the video below.
- The Klassic – Down and hold 2/Triangle/X/Y (Final hit must come from an uppercut)
- Nail Shooter – 1 and 3 (PC) or L1 bumper (consoles) – Press Back, Back, Back during hit (Final hit must come from Back Throw)
- Man Eater – Forward and 1 and 3 (PC) or Forward and L1 bumper (consoles) – Press Down, Down during hit (Final hit must come from Toward Throw)
All of these amazingly brutal moves are all in 4K HD, thanks to the Ultimate version of Mortal Kombat. If fans of the series have a new generation console, they should pick up the Ultimate version to make sure to see every gruesome detail.
Mortal Kombat 11 is available for is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Stadia, Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
