There are numerous treasures to be found across the Ardenweald zone in World of Warcraft‘s Shadowlands expansion, and not all of them are extremely easy to reach. For instance, the Decayed Husk treasure is one that can prove to be a bit elusive, as it will occasionally spawn underground. For those players that may be having some trouble accessing the Decayed Husk in World of Warcraft, this guide is here to help.
To begin, this Shadowlands treasure can appear in several locations, and fans should have little trouble looting it at two of its possible spawn points. Specifically, those spawn points are the Crumbled Ridge (72.81 28.81) and Tirna Noch (66.57 53.22), as the Decayed Husk will appear out in the open in those locations. However, things do get trickier with the treasure at its two other spawn, and those are likely to be what most readers are interested in.
The first Decayed Husk spawn that can be troublesome is in Gormhive (53.23 78.43), and indeed it is underground. To access it, WoW players should simply navigate to 54.04 76.30, where they will find an entrance to a tunnel that burrows into the earth. They should now enter this tunnel, follow it until they reach the Decayed Husk, and dispatch the mobs that appear as they draw near to the treasure.
The other Decayed Husk that can be slightly difficult to reach is in the Creeping Hive (54.36 49.72), and again players will be looking for the entrance to a cave. This time around, that entrance can be found at 54.93 49.78, and the Ardenweald treasure in question is not very far in. As is the case with the other spawn locations, mobs will attack players as they approach this Decayed Husk, and they should thus come prepared for a short battle.
To note, there are others treasures in Ardenweald that are also somewhat confusing, and the Dim Lunarlight Pod treasures are perhaps the most bewildering of them all. Indeed, those require players to walk on top of a series of Lunarlight Buds before they can be looted, and they can be a bit difficult to locate. Moreover, the Large Lunarlight Pod treasure can only be accessed if Anima is being channeled to Glitterfall Basin, which makes it unavailable to many fans.
The Faerie Stashes in Ardenweald can also be hard to reach, as players must use Bounding Shrooms to gain some altitude. While these mushrooms are in fairly close proximity to the treasures, fans that are not aware of their utility may find themselves scratching their heads as they attempt to get to these caches.
World of Warcraft is available now for PC.
