Cyberpunk 2077: 10 Best Skills In The Reflexes Tree | Game Rant

Cyberpunk 2077 is filled with skills to help make a player’s character better during combat. Players are introduced to the attributes at the end of the character creator and must stick with them throughout. Increasing Reflexes gives players access to many skills that focus on three key parts of the combat. Pistols, Blades, and Assault weapons.

Each of these skill trees opens up new possibilities in combat and increases the damage dealt by many of the game’s weapons. There are plenty to choose from, but only so many of them will really give the extra edge in combat.

10 Slow And Steady

Most of the combat in Cyberpunk requires players to move around, take cover, and dodge enemy attacks. The Slow and Steady skill helps with the movement portion. It doesn’t matter if a player prefers guns over blades because this skill increases armor while the player is moving. It is a perfect way to get more armor early on in the game and can really help when combat inevitably comes about.

9 Stuck Pig

Blades can obviously make enemies bleed and bleeding can be extremely helpful when stuck in combat with multiple enemies. Players who choose to go with a trust katana or any other blade will enjoy the Stuck Pig skill. This skill can be bought multiple times and increases the bleed duration caused by blades. Bleeding causes damage over time so a couple of strikes to each enemy in the area will leave them crying out in pain. Other skills can also stack with this one to make it even better.

8 Deathbolt

Wielding a blade can be difficult. Running up on enemies can often lead to a player’s health bar getting drained. This can easily lead to getting flatlined pretty early on. The Deathbolt skill helps to avoid death by giving the player health for every enemy they kill. The only downside to the skill is that a player must be wielding a blade for it to take effect. Some crafty dodging can also help avoid the onslaught of bullets as players make their way to the enemies.

7 Bloodlust

Now that Stuck Pig and Deathbolt have been mentioned, it’s time to mention Bloodlust. Bloodlust combines perfectly with Deathbolt and Stuck Pig to create an unstoppable force. Stuck Pig applies the bleeding effect for a longer time and Deathbolt gets the player health for each kill.

Bloodlust takes that bleeding effect and gives the player even more health. With it, each time an enemy has the blooding effect applied to them the player gets health back. The player also gets health for attack enemies that are bleeding.

6 Attritional Fire

Attritional Fire is a great bonus for players who love using pistols and revolvers. Odds are that enemies will take a few shots to put down. Some will even take multiple shots when getting critical hits. Bosses are especially hard to take down. Taking the Attritional Fire skill will give bonus damage to a player for repeatedly hitting the same enemy. This bonus damage can stack a few times. It is a necessity for any strong pistol build.

5 Grand Finale

Pistols and Revolvers are great weapons. They can hit pretty hard when used correctly and easily take down enemies who stand in the player’s way. Grand Finale helps increase the damage that both of these weapons deal out by giving double damage to the last bullet in the clip. This works even better for players who are good at getting critical hits and headshots because it doubles the damage of the critical hit. This can lead to instances of one-shotting enemies which is always nice.

4 The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly

This skill is amazing for players who take the full plunge into pistols and max out the skill tree. This skill is unlocked when a player’s pistol rank reaches twenty. It may take a while, but the wait is well worth it. This skill makes it so that a player gains armor after each critical hit. This armor only lasts for a few seconds, but when facing off against multiple enemies, any armor helps. If players practice their headshots with pistols they will be heavily armored before they know it.

3 Bunker

Speaking of skills that increase armor, players who choose to use rifles can get an armor increase of their own. Bunker allows players to get an armor increase whenever they are taking cover. This skill only works when a rifle or submachine gun is equipped, but it is still useful with other weapons.

Weapon swapping when running out will still allow for the armor increase and other skills will benefit the player moving around the battlefield.

2 In Perspective

Ricocheting bullets is a wonderful thing in Cyberpunk. In many situations, a player will be taking on multiple enemies. Some of these enemies will be hiding behind cover, while others will charge headfirst with melee weapons. Most rifles in the game have the benefit of ricocheting bullets to hit a second enemy, but the In Perspective skill increases this ability and allows bullets to ricochet up to two more times.

1 Savage Stoic

Early there was mention of a skill that increases armor while moving. Well, this skill benefits players who are standing still. There are other skills for rifles that increase damage while hiding behind cover, but those are boring. Players want action. They want the excitement of bullets flying past them. Savage Stoic rewards players for standing their ground and firing from a fixed point. The bonus is a huge 35% which will really help out in the heat of battle. Just don’t get carried away.
