Call of Duty: Warzone players look for anything that might help give them an edge so they can take home that first win. Popular streamers on YouTube and Twitch have spent countless hours going over the best guns to use, including which gun can potentially topple the DMR-14, which has taken over Warzone since Black Ops Cold War was integrated into the game. Even a change to keyboard settings could make enough of a difference in how the game feels, and top Warzone player Symfuhny has revealed his settings for fans to consider.
While the integration of Black Ops Cold War into Call of Duty: Warzone has been a bit of a rocky road, it was to be expected, as it is something never before attempted by the franchise. When midseason Black Ops Cold War weapons were unlocked early by players, developer Treyarch had to take the awkward step of removing the weapons from players’ inventories. This hasn’t stopped people from playing the game, and streamers and content creators continue to share gameplay and settings with their fans.
Fans look to their favorite streamers for tips on the game, and Symfuhny is more than willing to share what he thinks the latest trend is in Warzone. Sym recently shared his DMR-14 loadout and now offers fans a look at his keyboard settings for the game.
- Mouse Sensitivity 89
- Vertical Sensitivity Multiplier 00
- Ground Vehicles Sensitivity Multiplier 00
- Air Vehicles Sensitivity Multiplier 00
- Tablet Sensitivity Multiplier 00
- Aim Down Sight Relative
- ADS Sens. Multiplier (Low Zoom) 64
- ADS Sens. Multiplier (High Zoom) 64
- ADS Sensitivity Transition Timing Instant
- Monitor Distance Coefficient 33
- Invert Mouse Look Disabled
- Mouse Acceleration 00
- Mouse Filtering 00
- Mouse Smoothing Disabled
Nothing here looks too far out of the ordinary for top-level Warzone players. The mouse sensitivity is high for quick movement and snappy turns, coupled with a lower ADS sensitivity multiplier to help with aiming, given the high mouse sensitivity. Symfuhny moves well, aims incredibly, and wins tournaments, which is likely why his fans wanted to know his secret to success.
Following Symfuhny’s advice on settings might take some time for players to adjust to, as emulating a professional is not easy to do. Perhaps if fans make the change now, they’ll be used to it by the time Warzone‘s new map drops. The rumors around the new map, supposedly set in the Ural Mountains, are starting to gain traction as fans datamine the game and piece together upcoming multiplayer maps. Fans are patiently waiting for a full battle royale map to take over for Verdansk, after getting a taste of new surroundings with Rebirth Island.
In the meantime, fans can tinker with Symfuhny’s settings to find what works for them, and can pick up the limited holiday DLC in Black Ops Cold War while they wait.
Call of Duty: Warzone is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
