Like other Pokemon games, Pokemon GO allows players to catch, raise, and train hundreds of different Pokemon from various regions. However, it may be more difficult for trainers to catch specific Pokemon in the mobile game since it mostly relies on random factors. Right now, many players are searching for how to get Tranquill in Pokemon GO. The first step to accomplish this task is to get a Pidove in the wild.
In order to catch Pokemon in Pokemon GO, players will have to physically move from area to area until they find the critter they’re looking for. Once trainers find a spawning point for Pidoves, they should be able to catch at least one. Players can also use a lure to attract more Pidoves and make the task a bit simpler. Pidove is the pre-evolution of Tranquill and will evolve once it’s fed 12 Pidove Candy.
Tranquill is a fifth-generation Normal/Flying-type Pokemon that is weak to Ice, Rock, and Electric-type moves. In Pokemon GO, two of its strongest moves are Air Slash and Sky Attack. It also has a max CP of 1,442. If players happen to face off against a Tranquill in battle, these are the best counters to use: Darmanitan (Galarian Zen), Zekrom, Rampardos, Deoxys (Attack), and Deoxys (Normal).
Of course, trainers that decide to use Tranquill in battle should stay away from those Pokemon. There’s also a third part to this evolutionary line as Tranquill can evolve into Unfezant with 50 Candy.
To get Candy fast in Pokemon GO, players can turn one of their Pokemon into a Buddy and gain Candy by traveling with them. By making a Pidove a Buddy, players will automatically get Candy to help evolve faster. Another easy method is to catch more of that Pokemon that players want Candy for. The more Pidoves that are caught, the more Candy that’ll be rewarded to trainers.
Players can also hatch eggs to get more candy, but there’s no way to know what’s inside. It’s simply the matter of hatching as many as a player can and hoping for the best.
Another way to get a Tranquill (or Pidove) is by using the trading feature available in Pokemon GO. By adding a friend on the app, players can exchange one Pokemon for one of their friends’ Pokemon. Trainers can save a lot of time by doing it this way instead of tackling it the old fashioned way.
