Genshin Impact‘s Lost Riches event primarily centers around a currency called Iron Coins, which players can find in the various treasure areas that are revealed each day. That said, there are also some special treasures for fans to locate during the event, and one of them is hidden near Yaoguang Shoal. For those players that may be having some trouble uncovering the Yaoguang Shoal special treasure in Genshin Impact, this guide is here to provide assistance.
To begin, players that are on the hunt for this special treasure should navigate to the coast of the landmass that is joust southwest of Yaoguang Shoal on Genshin Impact‘s map. To provide further clarity, this location is directly southeast of Guili Plains, and fans will find that a tall structure has been built there. While these details alone may be enough for some players to find the area of interest, the video below highlights its exact position.
Upon arriving at this area, fans should pull out their Treasure-Seeking Seelies in Genshin Impact and look just west of the aforementioned structure. Here, players will find a beam of light on the ground, which they should approach and “Dig” by pressing the input that displays onscreen. This action will cause a marker to spawn directly next to the light beam’s former position, and interacting with it will initiate a challenge that players must complete in order to obtain the Yaoguang Shoal special treasure.
This challenge instructs fans to defeat three opponents within a designated timeframe, and there will initially be 60 seconds on the clock. Players will gain an additional minute every time that they eliminate an enemy, though, which makes completing this task a fairly simple endeavor. Even still, fans may want to dust off their best characters in Genshin Impact for the challenge, as having the ability to deal some fast damage should almost guarantee success on the first attempt.
With respect to what players will earn for completing this challenge, the Yaoguang Shoal special treasure consists of three Hero’s Wits, 60 Primogems, 30,000 Mora, and six Mystic Enhancement Ores.
