The new Assassin’s Creed game might be called Assassin’s Creed Valhalla if a recent web domain registration is legitimate.
According to a domain registered yesterday by Gandi SAS, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla could be the name of the Viking-themed Assassin’s Creed being partially revealed today.
The domain registered is assassinscreedvalhalla.com. According to Wccftech, the registration company used is Gandi SAS which is a French company providing domain name registration and other related services. Ubisoft has used the service in the past to register domains such as Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
Of course, Ubisoft has yet to confirm the name of the next Assassin’s Creed game, so it’s better to consider this news as unverified until something concrete is announced.
Today’s reveal is taking place on the official Assassin’s Creed Twitch channel, where you can watch an artist slowly work on a piece to promote the new game. So far we have been given a look at longships, a castle, and the main character is slowly being revealed as we type.
