Now, to the delight of fans, developer Nihon Falcom, and its global publisher NIS America have just revealed a solid Switch release date for The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel 4 this 2021.

In 2018, Nihon Falcom launched the final installment of the Cold Steel tetralogy in Japan first. Diehard fans of the Trails series had to wait long and hard before they could finally play The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel 4, which was only released around the world in October 2020. And even then, player access was very limited as the title was locked behind PlayStation 4 exclusivity. Now, with the game finally hitting other platforms and coming to the Nintendo Switch, fans will only have to wait a few more months to bear witness to the series’ finale.
