Bloodroots is finally coming to Steam. And to celebrate, Mister Wolf receives a brand new gorgeous and gory trailer showing off his moves in the surprise indie hit that is Bloodroots.
Bloodroots was one of the best indie titles of 2020, a year filled with instant classics and party-game favorites like Hades and Fall Guys. While developer Paper Cult’s fast-paced action game is currently available on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and on the Epic Games Store, it had yet to be released on Steam. That changes in just a couple of months.
Bloodroots will be available on Steam for PC and Mac on March 12, 2021. The game is currently sitting at 75% to 81% (depending on the platform) on Metacritic. Bloodroots is praised for its over-the-top gameplay, visual style, and combo-building fun. It will be a nice opportunity for those who prefer the Steam platform to be able to play perhaps one of the more underrated games of 2020.
For anyone who does not want to wait, Bloodroots can be enjoyed right now on the PS4 and Switch. In fact, although some fans are unhappy with a game that is a timed-exclusive to Epic Games Store, Bloodroots did arrive first to that platform, so it is available there as well. But many gamers are married to Steam and have a huge library of games, like to work on achievements through that system, and simply enjoy the infrastructure. For that reason, it is very exciting that Bloodroots will be headed to Valve’s video game digital distribution service in a few months.
Bloodroots is available now on Switch, PS4, and Epic Games Store, and is coming to Steam on March 12, 2021.
