Ubisoft is one of the most successful video game companies in the world and has worked on many popular franchises. Despite having some of their games delayed due to COVID, Ubisoft still has some great titles to release in 2021. The company released games such as Watch Dogs: LegionAssassin’s Creed Valhalla, and Immortals Fenyx Rising last year, all of which were received well by fans.

Now that a new year has begun, fans have more games to look forward to that will hopefully make 2021 an even better year than 2020 was. These are the games that Ubisoft is planning on releasing soon.

8 Scott Pilgrim Vs The World: The Game – Complete Edition

Despite having an incredibly devoted fanbase, Scott Pilgrim vs the World still hasn’t received the popularity that it deserves, The franchise has had a series of graphic novels, a movie, a video game, and more. The game was originally released in 2010 for the PS3 and Xbox 360. Four people can team up and control Scott Pilgrim, Kim Pine, Stephen Stills, and Ramona Flowers to defeat Ramona’s exes. The game is a beat ’em up with seven levels. Ubisoft recently revealed that they had remastered the title, along with the DLC that came after it, and that it would come out on January 14, 2021. It is now available on the PS4, Xbox One, PC, Stadia, and Switch.

7 Riders Republic

Riders Republic is a multiplayer sports game where players can do various activities, such as biking, snowboarding, and more with up to fifty players in Mass Starts, one of the game’s modes. Other modes include Career Mode, Competitions, Online Cups, and Multiplayer Team Modes, giving players a lot to do. The different sports that can be played take place in real places across the United States. These locations are Canyonland, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Sequoia Park, Grand Teton, Yosemite, and Mammoth Mountain. The game will release on February 25th for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PC, and Stadia.

6 Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time Remake

5 Far Cry VR: Dive Into Insanity

Far Cry 3 is considered by most fans to be the best game in the series, and it is definitely the most popular. VR gamers will be able to return to the Rook Islands from that game and face against Vaas once more. Eight players can help each other get away from Vaas and travel throughout the jungle as he hunts them down. If the definition of insanity is to do the same thing over again and expecting things to change, then it’s a good thing fans can now experience Far Cry in a new way. Those that play VR games will have one last thing to do while waiting for Far Cry 6.

4 Roller Champions

Roller Champions is a sports game in which players have to skate throughout an arena and make the most amount of goals for their team to win a match. There are three players in each team and two teams that compete against each other.

3 Skull & Bones

Gamers can become pirates and travel throughout an open world in Skull & Bones. Fans have been waiting for this title to release for a few years now. It was originally announced in 2017 and was expected to come out the following years. After a couple of delays, it seems that Skull & Bones will release some time between April of this year or March 2022 and it will be available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. Players have the choice to either embark on a campaign on their own or find other players to battle against. It will hopefully arrive before the year ends, though there is a chance that it will come out next year. Either way, it is good to know that this title hasn’t been canceled like many believed.

2 Far Cry 6

Far Cry 6 is arguably the most anticipated game that Ubisoft has been working on. Even though very little is known about this installment of the series, fans are very excited for it and were amazed by the trailer, which showed the relationship between a dictator named Anton Castillo and his son, Diego. The game will take place on an island called Yara and players will control a man named Dani Rojas It will release on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Stadia, and Amazon Luna. Though there is no confirmed release date, it will most likely release this year since it was scheduled to come out in February before it was delayed due to COVID.

1 Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Quarantine

Due to the success of Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, Ubisoft has been developing a spin-off in which players will team up with two other players to fight AI enemies. Operators from Siege will return in Quarantine, though not all of them have been confirmed to appear when the game launches. Hopefully, the upcoming title will be updated frequently and the entire Siege roster will make it into the game. As of right now, Ubisoft has said that this title will come out on the PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X sometime between April 2021 and March 2022, so even though it will most likely release this year, that isn’t absolutely guaranteed.
