Legend of Mana is making its Switch debut this summer.
Square Enix has today announced that Legend of Mana, the classic PS1 JRPG, is being remastered. The remaster was announced for Switch as part of Nintendo’s major Direct, but Square Enix later confirmed it’ll also be available on PC and PS4.
The Legend of Mana remaster is being released June 24, and features updated HD graphics for backgrounds, and character sprites. The announce trailer above shows off these updated visuals. The remaster also includes a few new features, as well as rearranged music.
You can turn off combat encounters entirely in the remaster, for instance, and there’s a new mini-game not found in the original.
