Yesterday fans discovered a bunch of ciphers that are said to lead into Call of Duty 2020’s full launch. These ciphers were scattered around the room before they were carefully harvested and translated onto Twitter. Call of Duty fans have been chewing on these puzzles for 24 hours, will little solutions so far.
As of day 2 of the Call of Duty history videos, fans have discovered another bunker location inside of which contains new pages for the ciphers. After traveling back to the previous video fans noticed that new codes appeared in both places. These new codes may hold the key to solving the cipher.
One of the biggest discoveries of the second day is the dots located on the edge of each video ties to each of the assorted puzzles. Color-coded dots exist on both the VHS tape and the puzzles themselves with Venona being orange and the green dots matching the broadcast cipher. To add even more depth into this puzzle new pages to each puzzle have been found inside a new bunker. These new pages will, allegedly, aid in solving the already found pages from the previously sealed location by building upon what has already been found. Fans are spending hours looking at these unique Call of Duty puzzles only to find more questions along every step.
Throughout both the new VHS tape and the old one new numbers have been discovered. These numbers appear in a repeating sequence but they seem to change as time goes on. Fans are still trying to figure out what the numbers mean with many finding this an ironic reference back to the first Black Ops experience.
One fan did decipher one of the puzzles resulting in a phone number. Although the streamers have not shared the phone number publicly, the message that plays when calls request a six-digit code. After trying everything from the Moon Landing to numbers scattered around the map the Call of Duty fans have decided to let this mystery rest until tomorrow.
Each evolution of these puzzles become more logical and allow fans some level of progress forward into the unknown. Although the puzzles are becoming more difficult, the streaming and viewing community are working diligently to come out on top of this revolutionary promotional experience. With every failure to solve the mystery, fan desire for a Call of Duty 2020 video leak becomes stronger than ever before.
Call of Duty 2020 is being developed by Treyarch and Raven Software.
