Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 Leaks Insane Secret Alien Character

While EA’s Skate series have attempted to create realistic skateboarding simulators, the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater games have never been all that serious. They feature arcadey gameplay, with skaters sometimes pulling off physically impossible feats, combined with the occasional supernatural guest character. It seems as though the upcoming Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 will continue the tradition of bizarre guest characters, as yet another one has leaked online. Please note that this could potentially be considered SPOILERS for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 +2.

The Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 Warehouse demo has been available for some time now, and dataminers have dug through its files in search of secrets. Dataminers have found the existence of a grey alien in the game as a secret character, though it’s unclear exactly how plays will obtain it in the full release. The grey alien’s inclusion also suggests that the Roswell level from the original Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater will indeed be featured in the remake.

The alien isn’t the only secret character that’s leaked for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 so far. Previously, Officer Dick was also leaked for the game, though the character has an updated look. This time around, it seems as though Jack Black will be playing the role of Officer Dick, which makes sense considering Black has been promoting the game on his YouTube channel.

It will be interesting to see if there are any other secret characters hidden in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2. Some of the more notable secret characters from the past, like Spider-Man, may not make the cut in the new game due to licensing issues, but it’s possible new deals have been made in secret. With the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 release date just a couple of weeks away, fans don’t have to wait long at all to find out more.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 has been highly anticipated ever since its Summer Game Fest announcement, so hopefully it meets fan expectations. And if it does, one has to think that Activision would move forward with more games in the series. There are plenty of classic Tony Hawk games to remake, including Pro Skater 3 and 4 as well as the Underground games, or maybe the publisher will decide to move forward with a completely original Tony Hawk experience instead.

After the poor reception to Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5, fans of the franchise are no doubt happy to see it make a comeback. We’ll find out soon if it lives up to the hype.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 launches on September 4 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
