As a direct result of the Coronavirus pandemic, there has been a huge Nintedno Switch shortage. Players have been forced to either pay exorbitant mark ups, or forgo purchasing the system entirely. But now players have a chance to win a free Switch and two games for it thanks to a give away being held by Lunchables and Nintendo.
Lunchables is known for prepackaged meals that kids can assemble for themselves straight out of the box. Having a Lunchable meal, especially the pizza one, was a surefire way to become the king of any 90’s playground. The company has thrived in the 21st century, due to the ease and convince of its product, and many people still rely on it for a quick easy bite.
There are two ways to enter the giveaway. For most players, the easiest way is to buy specifically marked Lunchable products, and use the code found within to enter online. For players who don’t want to or can’t buy a Lunchable product, they can send a letter to Lunchables requesting a free code request. While this might take more effort, this option is legally required, meaning this giveaway is legit, unlike the allegedly fake giveaways the US Army was running.
There are 750 Switches available for players to win, although there’s a limit of one Switch per customer. There’s no way of knowing how many people are going to enter the giveaway, but probably enough that one’s odds of winning will be quite low. This means it might not be worth switching all of one’s meals to Lunchables to try and win a Switch. But for gamers who were already planning on eating Lunchables, this is a great opportunity to get their hands on some sweet hardware.
