Quantum Error debuted a new trailer during Gamescom’s Opening Night Live, offering fans a look at the horror game in action. There’s quite a bit for fans to take in from the gameplay, and it’s certainly one of the more intense trailers shown at Gamescom.
The trailer shows off a few different aspects about Quantum Error, from its brutal-looking combat to its horror environments. Clocking in at about a minute, it’s a decent look at the title, which has remained a relative mystery despite its appeal to horror fans.
The game almost looks like a blend of Alien Isolation and Resident Evil 7, with violent enemies distributed throughout a space station. The game doesn’t look as polished as some of the major games currently available on the market, though it is still a work in progress, so that may very well change in the lead up to release.
The game still has no release date, but it’s slated to launch on both the PS4 and PS5. With any luck, it will be able to provide horror game fans with another terrifying experience to work through, though it seems like there will be far more bullets involved than some of the slower horror titles on the market.
Quantum Error is currently in development for PS4 and PS5.
