New Cyberpunk 2077 Screenshot Highlights V’s Quadra Turbo

Cyberpunk 2077 is almost here and while the wait has been long and full of delays, developer CD Projekt RED has made the wait a little easier with a new screenshot of the game released.

The screenshot features V’s car, the Quadra Turbo R, parked at a garage, and highlights the game’s incredible attention to detail. From the Night City skyscrapers in the background to the unique vehicles in the game, there are a lot of small details for fans to pore over.

Cyberpunk 2077 looks incredibly diverse and each new screenshot reveals a part of the game that looks both incredibly inviting and yet incredibly dangerous. Night City is a dangerous place, especially after dark and while the new screenshot looks superb, it will be a whole new level of awesome seeing these locations at night with the neon signs lighting up the scenery. Cyberpunk 2077 will have some diverse locations both within the city and its outskirts to visit and looks to feature missions that are just as diverse while completing the game.

Earlier in the week, Quality Assurance Lead Lukasz Babiel shared a screenshot of what might be the first-ever platinum trophy obtained in Cyberpunk 2077. Platinum trophies are no easy task, but Babiel wouldn’t give any details about how long it took him to reach the accomplishment. He did say that the trophy was a collective effort, though, which suggests it might not take regular gamers as long to obtain.

Meanwhile CD Projekt RED recently shared the date for the next Night City Wire Event showcasing more aspects of the game. The event, which takes place on September 18, will give an in-depth look at the gangs that call Night City home. Some gangs that should feature in the event include the Animals, the Aldecados, and the Maelstrom.

Since its inception, Cyberpunk 2077 has had a huge amount of financial investment by CD Projekt RED. The game has been in some form of development since before The Witcher 3 was released back in 2015 and a recent corporate report has indicated the developer has spent over $121 million on Cyberpunk 2077, including the voice acting, promotional campaigns, and the overall development of the game.

While the game has taken some time to develop, the release date is almost two months away. Cyberpunk 2077 looks to be an incredible game for both CD Projekt RED fans and RPG fans alike so while the digital events help with the wait, November can’t come soon enough.

Cyberpunk 2077 launches November 19 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One, with PS5, Stadia, and Xbox Series X versions also in development.
