Call of Duty: Warzone Player Hits 720 No-Scope to Win $1,000 Bet with David Dobrik

One Call of Duty: Warzone player made a lofty claim that ended up resulting in them earning $1,000. While playing on stream with David Dobrik, one of the popular Call of Duty streamer‘s assistants makes a bet that he could land a 720 no scope, to which Dobrik agrees. What follows is utter shock from Dobrik as he realizes he’s out $1,000.

Dobrik is known to be a rather generous streamer when it comes to compensating his assistants and other staff, so fans of the content creator didn’t see this as much of a shock. What was more shocking was that Dobrik’s assistant was able to pull this ridiculous stunt off in Call of Duty: Warzone, and was even paid for his efforts.

Community response to this feat is somewhat mixed, as some viewers are thoroughly impressed by sniper challenge performed on stream and the reward while others are more skeptical than anything. Regardless, the clip is fun to watch, as the chat is filled with expressions of disbelief after the shot is made.

The clip starts with the bet being made, after which point Dobrik’s assistant begins attempting to make the shot. It takes a couple tries, and the sensitivity is rather high making it difficult to track exactly how many turns he does, but eventually he pulls it off. There is some debate over whether or not the 720 no-scope was actually a good shot or if the Warzone player won due to pure luck, as the assistant does have to turn back a bit to land the shot and the person firing against him seems to have a lot of trouble hitting him.

Dobrik and his crew absolutely love it though, as is evidenced by the outcry after he finally makes the shot. Call of Duty: Warzone and Modern Warfare seem to be breeding grounds for these sorts of amazing feats. Not long ago a player sniped a missile out of the sky, and another got an insane kill streak using a drumset controller. It’s great to see that the game enables players to perform amazing feats like this and that things like the PS4’s Share button help to make sure it’s always caught on camera.

Though most players won’t be earning $1,000 for landing a 720 no-scope, it’s fun to watch someone else do just that. Dobrik’s assistant is already getting paid by him, so this acts more as a bonus than anything else, but regardless of what one thinks of the shot, this is still pretty impressive to say the least.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available now on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
