Mediatonic’s game Fall Guys has enjoyed major success since the game launched in August, and with its success came a flood of cheaters to the bubbly battle royale. As an apology to the community for having to deal with the massive amount of cheaters in Fall Guys, Mediatonic is giving away a free outfit to everyone.
Over the next few weeks, Fall Guys players should see a new outfit added to their locker. Mediatonic is giving everyone a super rare alternate version of the unicorn costume. Previously, the original unicorn outfit was only available to players who purchased the Collector’s Pack of Fall Guys. This new unicorn skin has a black and purple color scheme which sets it apart from the rainbow color unicorn costume already in the game.
This is just another time that Mediatonic has offered a free outfit for Fall Guys players. Soon after the game’s release on PC and being a PlayStation Plus game for August, Mediatonic gave out a free cactus outfit to Fall Guys players as an apology for the game’s servers crashing constantly. The game was so popular that Mediatonic had to take the game offline for a bit to address the server issues and allow for more players to play at once.
In related Fall Guys news, Mediatonic rolled out a new update recently that adds in anti-cheat measures to, hopefully, limit the number of cheaters in the game. Also, the update adds in the frequently teased Big Yeetus to Fall Guys‘ stages.
Fall Guys is now available for PC and PlayStation 4.
