包浩斯預計截至3月底止全年虧損擴大至1.4億元至2.1億元，按年擴大1.25倍至2.38倍。

集團表示，業績未如理想主要由於去年6月起社會事件、今年初新型冠狀病毒疫情大流行，以及集團結束內地業務及逐步縮減香港及台灣零售業務。集團實施多項成本控制措施，包括與業主磋商減租、減少營運開支及店舖翻等。

經濟師：中美博奕樓市負面情緒　代理：需求推動樓價

本港二手樓價持續向上，中原城市領先指數按周升0.56%，創3個半月以來高位。至於差餉物業估價署公布，屬於滯後數據的私人住宅售價指數，按月微跌0.1%，按年跌幅擴大至4%，並創逾1年新低。

法國外貿銀行亞太區經濟學家吳卓殷表示，中美搏弈，香港難以置身事外，社會氣氛欠佳，買賣雙方均持觀望態度，樓市短期受困於負面情緒，下半年樓價仍有下跌壓力，但長遠供應不足，樓價難以大跌。
