領展預期全年業績虧損　可分派收入維持穩定

領展預計，截至3月底止全年財務業績將錄得淨虧損，受物業估值預期下跌，以及設立支援商戶計劃等多方面措施影響。但全年度可分派收入仍將維持穩定。

領展管理人指出，新型冠狀病毒疫情導致香港及內地經濟及經營環境疲弱，預計旗下投資物業年內估值將按年下跌12.3%。由於估值虧損屬非現金性質，對經營現金流量及每基金單位分派無影響。
