美聯集團及美聯工商舖料上半年由盈轉虧

美聯集團發盈警，預計上半年業績由盈轉虧，虧損將少於3000萬元，去年同期盈利9400萬元。

錄得虧損，由於中港受到新型冠狀病毒疫情及相應防禦措施影響，造成不利市場情況。

美聯指，本港住宅物業上半年成交額及成交量按年都顯著下跌，內地業務收益亦下跌及錄得虧損。集團說，香港置業業務收益顯著下跌及有經營虧損，美聯物業業務則錄得盈利。

另外，美聯工商舖預計，上半年虧損少於1000萬元，去年同期盈利約2100萬元，由於本港非住宅物業上半年成交價量都顯著下跌。…

卓悅發盈利警告，預計上半年虧損大幅擴大不低於3倍，去年同期虧損約2950萬元。

虧損擴大，主要是去年香港發生示威遊行及社會事件，自此訪港旅客人數大幅下滑，導致銷售業績疲弱。加上疫情導致訪港旅客人數進一步減少，本地消費情緒亦有削弱。

這些因素都導致旗下香港零售店銷售表現疲弱，有關使用權資產及物業、廠房及設備錄得減值撥備、存貨及其他相關撥備等，屬於非現金項目，對現金流或流動資金狀況並無影響。…
