Season 6 of Apex Legends officially starts tomorrow and the full details of the Battle Pass have been revealed. The free-to-play battle royale will add the 14th legend to the roster with Rampart taking over Season 6. The Battle Pass also features a ton of skins, banners, weapon charms, and brand new holo-sprays.
Holo-sprays are a new way to leave a mark on the battlefield. The Holo-spray appears as a disk on the ground that displays a holographic message above the ground and six of the legends have holo-sprays included in the Battle Pass, including one for the Season 5 legend Loba.
The Apex Legends Season 6 Battle Pass is also packed full of legend skins. Immediately upon purchasing the Battle Pass, players will earn themed Bangalore, Mirage and Octane skins. Each skin has a bright color pattern and has words written in different spots all over the outfits. Players can also earn the Built for Speed Pathfinder, who has a sleek new yellow and black design, at Battle Pass level 25.
Level 50 unlocks a unique Road Warrior Bloodhound, which almost resembles Revenant’s face with Bloodhound wearing a white mask and a black and red uniform. There are also various Apex Packs throughout the Battle Pass that can unlock rare skins and other cosmetics for characters. Players can also unlock a free Rampart skin without purchasing the Battle Pass and the newest legend has banners, loading screens, a kill quip and a holo-spray all for her in the Battle Pass.
The weapon skins in Apex Legends Season 6 are sure to add some rare designs for most of the available weapons. There are 25 total weapon skins included in the Battle Pass including three legendary skins for both the Sentinel and the G7 Scout. The legendary lime green Sentinel skin is unlocked with a Battle Pass purchase, while the G7 Scout will have two evolving skins at level 100 and 110. Perhaps one of the coolest weapon skins is the RE-45 skin unlocked at level 99. With a futuristic design and a pink and teal trim, the RE-45 skin is extremely color and will garner some attention in the battle.
The Season 6 Battle Pass is almost guaranteed to have rewards for players’ favorite legends. Whether it is a skydive emote, a new skin, a clever kill quip, or the new holo-spray, each legend has unique rewards that can be unlocked starting tomorrow when the Battle Pass goes live.
Apex Legends is available now on PC, PS4, and Xbox One, with a Switch version coming later this year.
