After endless rumors, leaks, and speculation, Activision finally confirmed the return of the Tony Hawk Pro Skater series several months ago. On September 4, 2020, the studio is set to release a remastered collection of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2, which is set to reintroduce the first two games in the franchise to a new generation of players.
Of course, veteran players of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater games were also delighted with the news especially since the video game franchise hasn’t released a console game since 2015. Now, for those who are interested to get Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 before it releases this September, here are all the pre-order details for the upcoming remasters including pre-order bonuses and special editions.
Players who will be pre-ordering Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1+2 remasters will be getting access to the demo of Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater’s Warehouse. Of course, veteran players would know that this level introduced the arcade skateboarding game to the video game community more than two decades ago. The demo is already available to all who have pre-ordered the game, and those who have participated in Chipotle’s promotion which is sadly no longer available.
The pre-order bonus is available to every edition of Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1+2 and GameStop is offering their own pre-order bonus that will reward players with a Tony Hawk Mini Fingerboard. The standard edition of the game retails for $39.99.

Nest up is the Digita Deluxe Edition, which players can purchase on the respective online stores of the console that they own. The Deluxe Edition retails for $49.99 and includes the base game, The Ripper skater from Powell-Peralta, and unique retro outfits for Tony Hawk, Steve Caballero, and Rodney Mullen, alongside some more retro content for the Create-A-Skater mode.

Last, but certainly not the least, is the Collector’s Edition, which is the most expensive edition that players can get fro Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1+2 remasters. This edition is priced at $100, which is not really that expensive when compared to the collector’s edition of other games such as Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, which retails for twice the price. Of course, the Collector’s Edition features the full base game, everything in the digital Deluxe Edition, the pre-order bonus that gives players access to the Warehouse demo, and a limited edition full-size birdhouse skateboard deck. It is worth noting that the deck is fully skateable and is printed with an autograph from Tony Hawk himself. Moreover, the Collector’s Edition goes in and out of stock regularly, so players must be vigilant in case stocks are replenished.
Xbox One: Amazon, GameStop, Target
Meanwhile, players who will preorder the game will immediately get access to the Warehouse Demo given that the preview was made available last August 14. Game Rant was able to go hands-on with the Warehouse, demo and based on everything shown so far, it’s safe to say that the upcoming remakes are incredibly faithful to the original titles. Moreover, the demo offered a smooth experience, allowing players to get a glimpse of what to expect in the full game.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 launches September 4 for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
