This isn’t the first time Build-A-Bear workshop has released Pokemon plushes or even eeveelution plushes. Back in January, Build-A-Bear also released a Flareon plush available to purchase among the other Pokemon plushes for sale. Jolteon was even released earlier in the summer.
Fans that want Vaporeon or any other Pokemon plushes cannot buy them in a Build-A-Bear Workshop store. They are all online exclusive to specific bundles and have to be ordered through Build-A-Bear’s official website.
Vaporeon’s bundle includes the plush itself, a blue Pokeball patterned onesie, a water patterned cape, and a sound box containing different Vaporeon sounds when squeezed. These items cannot be purchased separately and must be purchased all in one bundle. However, buyer can buy additionally clothing items for their Pokemon so that they can have more wardrobe options.

Some of these Pokemon include special Build-A-Bear Workshop exclusive Pokemon cards such as Pikachu and Snubbull. There are additionally multiple accessories that buyers can get for their plushes that are also Pokemon themed. These include items such as Poke Puffs and Sitrus Berries.
While these plushes are very sturdy and well made, their prices may turn off some fans from purchasing them. For example, Vaporeon’s bundle is priced at $64.00 in the US store site. Looking at the bundle’s details has the base price of the plush as $32.00, but buyers cannot get it without purchasing the entire bundle.
Those who want a Build-A-Bear Workshop Pokemon plush while on a budget however should take advantage of the current sale on their website as of August 20, 2020. At this time, the website is holding a 30% sale on certain Pokemon bundles. While this doesn’t include Vaporeon, it does include Jolteon, Eevee, Pikachu, and many others as well. It is unknown how long this sale will last, so this should be the perfect time to buy.
