Since the game’s launch, Animal Crossing: New Horizons players have been customizing their islands to look like all kinds of other franchises. Homages have been made to pretty much any major franchise one can think of, but one fan’s Naruto-themed island is especially impressive.
Reddit user Xnd991 recreated the Hidden Leaf Village from Naruto in their Animal Crossing: New Horizons game with fantastic detail. Not only that, but they managed to dress their villager for the part as well to complete the recreation. So far, those on the Naruto subreddit have reacted positively to Xnd991’s creation, with one asking for the Dream Island code so that they can check it out for themselves. And luckily, Xnd991 has provided the code.
Anyone that wants to visit Naruto‘s Hidden Leaf village can use the code DA-3778-5749-2813. To do this, though, Animal Crossing: New Horizons players will need to make sure that their game is updated to the latest version and that they have access to Luna, who is the one that allows players to travel to “dream” versions of other players’ islands.
This is far from the only Naruto creation that has ended up in Animal Crossing: New Horizons since the game’s launch. Fans have created a variety of Naruto costumes for Animal Crossing: New Horizons as well, all of which can be downloaded at the Able Sisters Shop. Of course, doing that requires players to unlock the Able Sisters for their island first, which does take some time. However, anyone that has been playing the game since launch should have not just the Able Sisters, but access to every other major shop on their island as well.
In future, Nintendo may add more content to Animal Crossing: New Horizons that will in turn allow players to make even more realistic versions of Naruto‘s Hidden Leaf Village. The developers have been adding new content to Animal Crossing: New Horizons on a regular basis, with the next update promised to be coming around Halloween. What exactly the New Horizons Halloween update will entail remains to be seen, but it’s certain to be themed after the upcoming spooky holiday.
Beyond that, it’s likely that Animal Crossing: New Horizons will receive a Christmas-themed update in December or thereabouts, and will also likely host an event for New Year’s. Nintendo may have even more surprises in store, but fans will have to wait for more information to find out what’s next for Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
Animal Crossing: New Horizons is out now, exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
