The second week of Fortnite Season 4 has officially arrived, and it has added nine new XP Coins to the battle royale map. More specifically, there are two Purple XP Coins, three Blue XP Coins, and four Green XP Coins to be found in Fortnite Season 4 Week 2, and indeed the purpose of this guide is to make it very easy for players to collect all of them.
Before providing the locations of all of the Season 4 Week 2 XP Coins it is worth mentioning that some Fortnite players are currently encountering a bug where collecting Coins is not counting towards the relevant Punch Cards. Fans can reportedly avoid this bug by picking up only one XP Coin of each color per match, and while this approach may not be extremely convenient it is perhaps better than the alternative of not receiving credit for collected Coins.
- 1: On top of a small wooden structure to the east of Craggy Cliffs.
- 2: On top of a tipped-over truck on the east side of Camp Cod.
- 3: Break the counter with the cash register in the Bait & Tackle shop at Misty Meadows.
- 4: Break the metal box on the backside of the small station south of the steel bridge.
- 5: Break the pump surrounded by chain-link fencing at Slurpy Swamp.
- 6: In a wooden wheelbarrow southwest of Dirty Docks.
- 7: In a tree to the east of the Authority.
- 8: In a shipping container on the beach west of Sweaty Sands.
- 9: On the deck of the Unremarkable Shack landmark.
For those players that are interested in maximum efficiency, some of the Week 2 XP Coins are indeed situated quite near to some of the new weekly challenges, and it may be worthwhile to try to complete these tasks after grabbing the nearby Coin. For example, there is currently a challenge that asks fans to dance on top of different Sentinel Heads at the Sentinel Graveyard, and that location is found just southwest of XP Coin 7 from the map above.
Furthermore, that same XP Coin is also located very near to the Authority and Salty Springs, both of which serve as sites for Week 2 challenges. This means that players have several opportunities to make progress on Fortnite‘s Season 4 Battle Pass in this area, and fans that want to unlock the Holographic foils this time around should make sure that they capitalize on all of them.
Fortnite is available now on Android, iOS, PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One, with PS5 and Xbox Series X versions in development.
