Call of Duty: Warzone‘s big Season 6 update is available now, and it adds a slew of new content to the battle royale game. While additions like the Subway Stations and armored trucks have been heavily promoted, as usual, Infinity Ward made some secret changes as well. While fans are still discovering the various secret changes made to Warzone in the Season 6 update, one major one has already been discovered.
Not mentioned in the Warzone Season 6 patch notes is the new Foresight killstreak in Call of Duty: Warzone. The Warzone Foresight killstreak is reportedly found in bunkers, but it’s possible that they will appear elsewhere on the battle royale map. The Foresight killstreak gives Warzone players a massive advantage, and so it will be interesting to see if Infinity Ward tweaks it at all in future updates.
The Warzone Foresight killstreak shows players the location of every circle for the entire match. This means players will always know where they need to go to avoid the gas, and it will allow them to set up camp near the final circle pretty easily. Positioning is huge when it comes to winning any given match in Call of Duty: Warzone, and so the Foresight killstreak is hugely valuable.
As previously stated, though, the Warzone Foresight killstreak may be a little too powerful, and so it will be interesting to see if it’s scaled back at all or tweaked in any way. Infinity Ward has been quick to remove content from the game that fans don’t react positively to, like the original version of the Most Wanted contracts, and so it’s quite possible that the Foresight killstreak won’t be long for this world.
Then again, it’s also possible that the Foresight killstreak is rare enough that it won’t shake up the meta too bad. And even if players know the location of the final circle, they still will have to acquire sufficient weaponry and be good enough at the game to actually pick up the victory. So while the Warzone Foresight killstreak does offer a huge advantage, it does not necessarily guarantee a victory.
If past Warzone seasons are any indication, it’s quite likely that there are even more secret changes made as part of the Season 6 update that fans have yet to discover. The Foresight killstreak is likely the most notable change, but Warzone players will definitely want to keep an eye out as they explore the new Season 6 content.
