上海法院判樂拼抄樂高侵權罪成　判主犯有期徒刑6年

內地樂拼公司被指抄襲樂高積木的案件，上海中級法院裁定樂拼侵權罪成，案中主犯被判有期徒刑6年，罰款9千萬元人民幣，同案另外8人，被判3年至4年半有期徒刑。

案情指姓李主犯，在2015年至2019年間未經樂高許可，指使其他人拆解研究樂高系列玩具，再以電腦複製圖紙，設立玩具生產廠，複製共663款樂高玩具產品，並冠以樂拼品牌銷售，涉案金額達3億3千萬元人民幣。

法院指涉案人數多、侵權款式多，絕大部分侵權玩具已流入市場，犯罪情節嚴重，對社會危害性極大。…
