New Taco Bell Commercial Features Halo Infinite and Xbox Series X

Xbox has partnered with Taco Bell again this year in order to give away Xbox Series X consoles to lucky winners. This year, the giveaway has an added commercial that has already caught the eye of many fans. The humorous combination of Taco Bell, Xbox Series X, and Halo Infinite has made this advertisement an instant viral video.

There have been plenty of weird commercials for video games over the years. From Super Bowl advertisements to strange 90s celebrity endorsements, the commercial side of games has seen it all. This recent video is already making its way through the internet, advertising the Taco Bell sweepstakes. The video itself shows a person drinking a drink from Taco Bell and slowly turning into Master Chief before facing off against some of the Covenant in an alley.

With the release of the Xbox Series X barely over a month away, fans are eager to get their hands on a copy however they can. This Taco Bell giveaway, which requires gamers to input codes found on drinks, is only one of a few contests that are giving out consoles. Gamers can earn an Xbox Series X based on Gamerscore and achievements with the new Xbox Hall of Game competition.

In addition to giving away consoles, Xbox is currently giving away second chances as well. Many gamers who missed out on the All Access method for buying a new console have received emails telling them that several were set aside for them to purchase. The All Access is a game changer for many families, allowing people to pay monthly for their console and get two years of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Live included.

On the sad side of things, the featured game for Xbox is still being delayed. Providing the focus of the strange commercial, Halo Infinite was originally a launch title but was delayed in August. This delay allows the developers to fine tune some features of the game and add more to it in order for it to be the best possible product they can make. So while fans can take part in this Taco Bell giveaway and acquire a free console, it seems that the title game is still a little ways off.

Between the Taco Bell sweepstakes and the Hall of Game competition, fans have a many chances to get a console for free. Considering how expensive the Xbox Series X is in some places, free is even that much more important for this generation. With Xbox and PlayStation locked in their eternal console battle, it may end up being the little things that sway gamers to one side or the other.

The Xbox Series X and S will be available November 12, 2020.
