Call of Duty: Warzone – How to Get Pumpkin Punisher Blueprint

Call of Duty: Warzone‘s The Haunting of Verdansk event is now live, and players have until November 3 to do some in-game trick-or-treating. Indeed, Trick or Treat Supply Boxes are appearing across Warzone‘s map, and fans that open them can walk away with some special, seasonal rewards. The loot inside of these boxes are not the only rewards to earn during The Haunting of Verdansk, though, and it is the Pumpkin Punisher Blueprint that may be the real prize of the event.

As some players are sure to expect, Call of Duty: Warzone‘s Pumpkin Punisher Assault Rifle has an aesthetic fit for Halloween, and unlocking it centers around the aforementioned trick-or-treating. More specifically, fans that want to get their hands on the Pumpkin Punisher Blueprint must simply collect all 16 of the unique rewards that come from the Trick or Treat Supply Boxes. Here is a list of the areas where these containers can appear during The Haunting of Verdansk:

  1. Gora Dam
  2. Arklov Peak Military Base
  3. Karst River Quarry
  4. Verdansk International Airport
  5. Storage Town
  6. Atlas Superstore
  7. Zhokov Boneyard
  8. Hospital
  9. Novi Grazna Hills
  10. BCH TV Station
  11. Verdansk Stadium
  12. Downtown
  13. Gorengrad Lumber Yard
  14. Port of Verdansk
  15. Zordaya Prison Complex (Gulag)
  16. Train

To note, each of the aforementioned 16 rewards is assigned to just one of the listed areas, which means that fans will need open Trick or Treat Supply Boxes in all of these locations in order to earn the Pumpkin Punisher Blueprint. Fortunately, the Halloween Event section in the menu can help Warzone fans keep track of their progress, as it features a map that is automatically updated anytime that a reward is collected.

That said, things are slightly complicated by the fact that Trick or Treat Supply Boxes are not guaranteed to grant one of Warzone‘s Halloween rewards, and players that open them may instead receive a trick. These tricks manifest as something like jump scares, and getting one does not count as progress toward unlocking the Pumpkin Punisher Assault Rifle. As such, fans will almost certainly need to open the boxes found in certain areas more than once before they are finished with this undertaking.

It is also worth emphasizing that players will be opening these Trick or Treat Supply Boxes during active matches, and they should plan accordingly. Certainly, fans that are working toward the Pumpkin Punisher should look to land directly at the areas where boxes can appear in an attempt to beat their opponents to the punch. Additionally, the help of a squad in Warzone can make a big difference when a player is forced to fend off another would-be trick-or-treater.

Call of Duty: Warzone is available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
