A few days ago, Fate/Grand Order players started their Halloween 2020 adventure in the magical Oniland theme park. Since then, masters and their servants have taken down various enemies at each amusement ride, but the story isn’t over yet. To reach the end of this year’s event, players will need to go through a server-wide raid.
After being foreshadowed for most of the plot, the Great Oni finally makes its appearance to the party from discovering Oniland’s dark secret. While defeating this final boss does unlock the epilogue and event rewards, there’s also another challenge quest for players that have defeated Solomon prior to the Lostbelts.
Shortly after beginning Chapter 8, the raid will be unlocked with 3 difficulties to choose from. Once 14,000,000 separate raid bosses have been defeated, the rest of Oniland’s story will be playable immediately.
Oni King Shura – 8ooK, 1.2M, or 1.5M HP
- Berserker-class enemy
- Demonic, Dragon, Earth, and Super Giant traits
- Can buff its own critical chance and strength while draining player critical stars
- Can apply a 1-time debuff immunity to itself
- Can apply a 1-time nullify buff to a random servant
- Has an AOE NP that drains the party’s NP gauge
Because of the Oni King’s Berserker-class, players can bring anyone as the main damage dealer. Have that servant hold 1 of the 3 non-gacha event CEs to boost card damage by 100-percent or more depending on their point ladder progress. Otherwise, the rest of the party should be supports that can NP charge and further boost the main servant’s damage. Additionally, players should equip the Chaldea Combat Uniform to switch for more support buffs and stun the raid boss on turn 1. Depending on the setup, some team comps can do a 1-shot or finish the battle within a few turns.
Some of the best choices to use for these raid battles are any single-target NP5 welfares or servants that get bonus damage against the listed traits. Remember to also bring supports that synergize with specific card types like Skadi for Quick cards.
- Ryougi Shiki (Assassin)
- Sakata Kintoki (Rider)
- Chloe von Einzbern
- Attila the San(ta)
- Sakamoto Ryouma
- Jeanne d’Arc Alter (Berserker)
- Mecha Eli-chan/Mecha Eli-chan Mk.2
- Siegfried
- Arthur Pendragon (Prototype)
Even after the epilogue, there’s one more challenge for veteran Fate/Grand Order players that pits them against the new event servants. Thankfully, the event CEs and damage bonus make this fight much easier than expected.
Sitonai – 251,370 HP/391,020 HP/768,075 HP
- Gets a 3-turn Attack and Defense buffs when her first HP bar breaks
- Cleanses all debuffs while gaining a 3-turn NP damage buff and increased buff chance on her second bar break
Shuten-Douji (Caster) – 304,775 HP/426,685 HP/853,370 HP
- Buffs enemies increased critical chance and the player’s servants with increased critical damage for 3 turns when her first HP bar breaks
- Every unit gets an Attack and Defense buff for 3 turns on her second bar break
Players will need a Rider-class servant to kill Shuten first but should also bring backup Sabers, Archers, and Lancers since they take half damage from Sitonai’s Alter Ego class. Break Sitonai’s first HP bar before focusing on Shuten to waste her 3-turn buff. Keep a servant with taunt and guts or invulnerability on the field since Shuten will use her NP that pierces evades at least once. Save burst and buff removal for Shuten’s last HP bar to get rid of her immediately or within several turns. Afterwards, Sitonai is much less threatening because her NP can be blocked by any defensive skills. Keep whittling her down and save any debuffs for the last HP bar. Sitonai will use an invulnerability at low health, so keep servants that can survive another turn or have another buff removal ready.
