Danielle Denicola is a Twitch streamer who also happens to be known for her rather revealing cosplays, and anyone familiar with Among Us would know that such a concept doesn’t really mesh with the game’s headlining astronauts. Their simple designs take a more innocent approach, no doubt to hide the fact that some among them are vicious killers in disguise. Still, Denicola applied her style to the famous Among Us astronauts anyway, and what resulted was a creative and lewd Among Us cosplay.
Denicola uploaded a teaser of the cosplay onto her many social media platforms. It plays a snippet of a video that sees her showing off what her personalized Among Us spacesuit looks like. The full video is only available to a specific tier of supporters on her Patreon, but the 40 seconds she takes to show it off the outfit in the teaser provides viewers with everything they need to know to understand what she is going for.
The cosplay consists of a blue, skin-tight, metallic bodysuit with a matching space helmet. However, the suit has had its thighs cut away to resemble something more like a one-piece swimsuit and thigh-high boots. The suit’s chest has also been cut away to reveal her cleavage while the back reveals her bare bottom — save for a single strip of metallic blue.
She also happens to have on the iconic Among Us backpack. However, unlike the Among Us astronauts, it’s not the same color as her suit and instead has its own design. Those that want to see the full video can find out more through her Twitter profile. The cosplay can be seen here, but it is a bit NSFW.
This cosplay would certainly get Denicola voted out if Among Us memes are anything to go by. The look is incredibly well done, but it gives off strong Imposter vibes. In it, Denicola looks like she’s trying to lure Crewmates into the deathtrap that is Electrical, and if that wasn’t “suss” enough, the video shows her failing card swipe four times.
It’s interesting to see how much Among Us‘ popularity has taken off in the past couple of months. Despite only being made by a three-person team, the game’s number of downloads nearly managed to equal Pokemon Go’s when they were at their peak. Hopefully, it manages to retain the amount of success it’s seen lately. The developers have plans for future updates that will include new things such as maps and cosmetics, so the game’s future certainly looks bright.
Among Us is on Mobile and PC.
