Genshin Impact developer miHoYo has been circulating special promo codes since the game’s official release, giving fans time-sensitive opportunities to collect rare rewards. It seems that promo codes have once again been renewed, and players are able to collect a new small set of gifts.
While players come across various forms of currency, like Mora, in Genshin Impact, valuable weapons and new characters can only be wished upon with a unique kind of currency. Thankfully, it’s precisely the kind offered by these promo codes.
Travelers rely on precious Primogems to make Wishes and other special in-game purchases, and the premium currency is difficult to come by. Although players receive Primogems for completing Achievements in Genshin Impact, or for making simple discoveries, it’s usually in increments of 5 to 10. For scale, one Wish costs 160 Primogems.
Since the game’s release, players have been able to redeem similar codes twice already, but regardless of past codes, any Traveler can claim miHoYo’s new set of Genshin promos (select appropriate code depending on account’s region):
- North America – GenshinMHY0M
- Europe – GenshinMHY0O
- South East Asia – GenshinMHY0I
The codes can be entered onto miHoYo’s official Genshin Impact website, via a page aptly labeled “Redeem Code.” They reward a meager gift of 30 Primogems to every player. That being said, there are a few restrictions:
- Travelers must reach Adventure Rank 10 before redeeming a code
- There must be a character linked to the player’s miHoYo account
- Each code expires after one use
Players should also note that these promo codes expire, whether or not they’re used. Make sure to redeem the appropriate code ASAP, or there won’t be an opportunity to claim the Primogems in question. Once the code is entered on the miHoYo website, players will receive a confirmation, and then an in-game message containing the Primogems.
Although a rather small gesture, the extra handful of Primogems should be welcomed by any player taking advantage of all the current Teyvat ongoings. Not to mention, players have been receiving daily Primogem gifts from the explosive Klee, too. Travelers are not only enjoying the recent Marvelous Merchandise event kick-off, but also discovering new adventures, like the recently added Mona Story Quests. While partaking in the fun doesn’t cost Primogems directly, valuable five-star weapons and characters, like Diluc, would help any explorer succeed. Players should also keep on the lookout for future codes, as these same codes seem to be making continued appearances. Past versions have gifted EXP Materials and other useful additions to the Primogems, so slightly upgraded promo codes wouldn’t be out of the question either.
