One of Watch Dogs Legion‘s biggest features is that it gives players the ability to freely recruit any NPC that they encounter. However, not all recruits in Watch Dogs Legion are created equal, and fans that want to add the best of the bunch to their teams should look to unlock the various Skilled Operatives. One such Skilled Operative is the Professional Hitman, and players will find full details on how to obtain this powerful character in what follows.
The easiest way to get a Hitman in Watch Dogs Legion is to make Nine Elms, which is located at the southwest corner of the map, go from oppressed to defiant. This is done by completing the red tasks in the area, and there three of them in total. Once these three tasks are complete, fans will find that a green checkmark has appeared next to Nine Elms, indicating that it has become defiant.
They will also receive a mission called “Black Hole of Battersea,” which centers around freeing the captives that are held below the Battersea Power Plant. Fans should be able to complete this mission with relative ease simply by following the instructions that are provided in-game, and they will unlock the Hitman for their efforts. Watch Dogs Legions players are then free to use this Skilled Operative however they wish, and indeed it can prove to be very helpful in many situations.
This is not the only way to get a Profession Hitman, though, as they can also be encountered and recruited while exploring the map. One location where a Hitman can appear is in the alley next to the Red Boudoir on Brewer Street in Westminster, and there are very likely to be others as well. This may come as welcome news to those players that have lost their Hitman during a permadeath run of Watch Dogs Legion, as it means that they have the option to recruit another one.
To note, the Hitman is certainly not the only Skilled Operative in Watch Dogs Legion, and others can be unlocked by following a process that is very similar to what is outlined above in the city’s other areas. This makes obtaining the best recruits a fairly easy endeavor, so long as a player is willing to complete the multiple boroughs’ various objectives, and these characters will undoubtedly give fans a leg up as they work to beat this new action-adventure game from Ubisoft.
Watch Dogs Legion is available now for PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One. The game will launch with the Xbox Series X on November 10 and the PS5 on November 24.
