PS Now November 2020 Update Adding Major New Games | Game Rant

With PlayStation Plus set to offer players Middle-Earth: Shadow of War and Hollow Knight on PlayStation 4 as well as Bugsnax on PlayStation 5 next month, PlayStation Now subscribers are likely wondering what they’re getting for November. Last month, the service added a ton of games custom fit for Halloween, including Day’s Gone, Friday the 13th, and MediEviland November will also offer some fun new experiences for PS Now players.

Sony has announced which games will be joining the PS Now ranks this month, with the selection offering a major shooter, a beloved fighting game, and a hardcore RPG with a cult following. The official lineup will see Rage 2, F1 2020, Injustice 2, My Time at Portia, Warhammer Vermintide 2, and Kingdom Come: Deliverance join the service.

The biggest of the bunch is arguably Rage 2with Bethesda’s high-octane post-apocalyptic shooter landing last year. The game split audience opinions upon its debut, with some thinking it was largely a formulaic open-world shooter. Others, however, took to the game, citing it as having immensely satisfying shooting and boasting intense boss battles with colossal enemies. Its presence on PS Now means players on the fence about whether they’d enjoy the id Software and Avalanche helmed Rage reboot can finally give it a go without having to break the bank.

Injustice 2 is another huge acquisition for PS Now players, with the NetherRealm superhero fighting game making a big splash when it debuted back in 2017. Not only did the title bring back several huge names from the first iteration, including Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman, but it added new faces such as Supergirl, Swamp Thing, and even both Hellboy and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in subsequent DLC.

Meanwhile, F1 2020 was regarded as a strong entry in the annual motor racing franchise, My Time at Portia was heralded as a strong RPG simulation title, and Warhammer: Vermintide 2 was celebrated for building on its predecessor’s addictive four-player co-op action.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance rounds out the batch of titles on a strong note, with Warhorse Studios developing a divisive but passionately loved medieval RPG. Following the tale of a blacksmith’s son, Henry, it looked to incorporate realistic combat, a grounded story, and a historically accurate world, with the result definitely making for an RPG significantly different from many others in the genre. Whether they wind up loving or hating it, it seems players are more likely to give the unconventional RPG a try with it joining the PS Now library.

It seems the subscription service is set to have another strong month, with the six newly added titles each offering something hugely different for PS Now’s vast playerbase.
