A dedicated fan has built a rather magical skate park in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 Remastered.
Redditor Skramblez turned Hogwarts – the infamous school from the Harry Potter series of books and films – into a skate park via Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 and 2 Remastered’s custom level creation. You can check out his video right here, but the creation features the Great Hall from the magical world, as well as the crazy magical staircases that help young wizards get around the castle.
This isn’t Skramblez’s first foray into custom Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater levels. On his YouTube channel, he’s also created Peach’s Castle from Mario 64, as well as The Legend of Zelda’s Hyrule Castle and the City Escape stage from Sonic Adventure 2.
Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1+2 launched in September of this year to mostly positive reviews. At the time, we described this as “the art of the remaster.” Within just a few days, the game had sold more than a million copies faster than any other entry in the skating franchise.
Back in 2018, VG247 spoke to both Tony Hawk and Neversoft to discuss the creation of the first-ever Ton Hawk’s Pro Skater.
On the Harry Potter side of things, Avalanche is creating a new RPG called Hogwarts Legacy, which is set for a 2021 release. The came is set for PC, current and next-generation hardware and is being published by Warner Bros.
